A state of Gratitude can really help us OPEN UP and ATTRACT more BLESSINGS into our lives. It help's us

1. APPRECIATE what we already have in our lives.

2. TRULY see the blessings of what we already have in our lives, which often go noticed.

3. TRULY see the gifts, skills, abilities and senses we take for granted.

3. Help us feel more SECURE and ABUNDANT - less fearful, anxious or stressed.

4. Help us EXPERIENCE more CALM

5. Help us appreciate our LOVED ONES, FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES...

6. Help us OPEN UP to new possibilities

7. Help us gain more CONFIDENCE to share our gifts, our purpose

8. Help us to see the GOOD and the BEAUTIFUL in the world.

9. Help us see the BIGGER PICTURE in our liVES, in our day to day existence

10. Help us ATTRACT so much MORE LOVE, HEALTH & HAPPINESS, all in ABUNDANCE, which is our true, and forgotten, natural state of being.

Gratitude is a powerful daily exercise in stopping to smell the roses in our lives, to appreciate all the good that we have going for us. But it doesn't stop there. Why not be grateful for the seeming negative things that plague us too. In those negative experiences are seeds of growth and transformation, gifts waiting to be unwrapped and recognised. Every experience in life, no matter how amazing or heartbreaking is a gift to be treasured. I'm not saying wallow in your negativity, just appreciate that it is showing you something.
