STOP to just Be in the MOMENT

STOP to just ENJOY the moment or are you one of the at least 99.9% percent of the western world who smply keep GOING, keep DOING till bedtime. then expect their bedraggled body and runaway mind to fall into a DEEP SOOTHING dreamlike sleep?

We have all got so caught up of with the mass illusion that tomorrow or the furture is where we have to be, totally reinfornced by media hype. Everything will be OKAY when we get that loan, or that car, the new house, the new shoes. that relationship, that bottle of wine or chocolate bar. We simply and truly miss the GRATITUDE and APPRECIATION for each and every moment.

I love my work, the fact I can be a reminder for others, and for myself of the HERE the NOW! I love that I can help move clients from the CHAOS and CALAMITY, the SUFFERING and STRUGGLING, to the CALM, the PEACE, the here and now.

I began studying healing over 24 years ago and then quickly began studying meditation. I studied and tried out various forms of meditation practice which I never dreamed would have the impact on myself and others, the way it has over the last 13 years as much as it did. More traditional based Meditation encourages you to be at one, to be in the moment, to become aware and be the witness of our monkey mind.

John Kabat Zinn's version of mindfulness has become the latest popular type of meditation practice of the 20th century. Jon has adapted a buddhist practice of mindfulness and packaged it a modern day stress therapy program. But like many modern meditation practices it is an adaption from the original teachings.

Although I teach a range of meditation disciplines in my stress management and therapy practice, the main art of meditation I love to practice is the art of stillness, again the art of awareness and stillness around us and through is. It is alarming how far removed we have all came from that place of PEACE to a constant place of FEAR which is basically STRESS.

So lets STOP just for a moment... be aware of our BREATH... be awre of the energy all around you... be aware of your body...be aware of this moment...be aware of the peace around you..aware of the peace within you.
